Roles and Responsibilities

An introduction on what it means to have a perfect “swing”.

When working towards a successful FSY Session, everyone participating should get well acquainted with their role before, during and after the FSY session and also be familiar with the roles of other team members. In this section you will find video clips with insights on different roles at FSY. We hope they provide a helpful resource for you and all of your session team.

“Ponder upon the things which you have received” (Doctrine and Covenants 30:3). Prepare and discuss with your team:

  • What is needed for a perfect “swing” in our team?
  • How will we show and teach the principle of unity?
  • What is my role and the role of those I closely interact with before, during and after FSY?

Record impressions, findings, and outcomes. “Recording impressions can invite further revelation and strengthen your testimony. It also helps you remember your impressions and share them with others in the future.” (Come, Follow Me)
