1 ON 1 COUNSELLOR
To minister to the one is the ultimate goal of providing counsellors for the youth at fsy. If additional ministering or care is needed, 1on1 counsellors may be called. They typically do not lead their own youth group, but rather serve with the existing counsellors in a youth group, to provide additional help and supervision. They can be assigned to a specific youth from a group, or to the whole group. Sensitivity and Confidentiality should be particular strengths of a assigned 1on1 Counsellor.
