The Perfect Scripture

Sister Blakley & Sister Olsen

So what happened is that we have a returning Young Adult with whom we are working. He called us last night because he was 'bored'--haha :) In the end, he told us that he had read some scriptures on his own time (PROGRESS!)

Later, he told us that he has a friend, a returned missionary, who had stopped going to Church only a year after coming home. He then asked us if we could find a scripture that he could share with this friend (PROGRESS!) I had two scriptures come to mind and I sent them both to him. He then told me which of the two was his favorite. He said, “Alma 15:7-10” and I instantly realized that I mistyped the scripture reference! But it does not matter at all because our friend told us that this scripture was exactly what he needed to read (PROGRESS!) Even though he has many doubts and his testimony is small, this was a huge help to him. God knew what he needed to read and even though I thought I had sent 'the perfect scripture' in the end, God basically sent His own message.
