Cooking with Nuns

Many hours of community service were given last year by the members of the Aberdeen Ward, Aberdeen Scotland Stake.

They worked closely with Nuns from the local Convent, preparing meals every week for the homeless in the city centre; an ongoing project.  The Sisters of the Convent are very grateful for the Church and the help that it so freely gives.

The full-time missionaries were also involved, allowing them to build wonderful relationships with the Nuns from the convent.  Full-time missionary sisters have been invited to the Convent to discuss their work in sharing the gospel worldwide.

On Christmas Eve 2019, missionaries and members worked alongside other faith communities, cooking a three-course meal for 100 people in the city that day
