The Rome Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints was scheduled to close beginning the 21st of March 2020 for its annual cleaning and maintenance. In light of the Corona virus issues and desiring to be aligned with the recent announcement by the Italian government to close universities and schools, the temple will move this date up and be closed as of the 6th of March 2020. A future announcement will be made as to the reopening date. Individuals and couples with appointments for live ordinances will be accommodated during this time by contacting the Temple presidency.
