Susan Lee - Office Staff Worker

Susan Lee - Office Staff Worker

I was born in Cheshire and remained there until I received my call as a Church Building Missionary with an assignment to labour as an Office Staff Worker. I have had several fairly interesting occupations, one of which entailed travelling over the country and I had many experiences which shall never be forgotten.

I am very fortunate in that all my family are members of the Church and through their encouragement, my testimony has grown continually. My jobs in the Church have been varied and I am truly thankful for the opportunities the Lord has given me, but I must admit I have not always made the best of them. I find that I am constantly re-dedicating myself to this great work, for I know that the Lord will bless me and guide me if I seek Him in sincerity.

It was my greatest desire to go on a proselyting mission, but it seems like the Lord had a different path prepared for me. My duties on my mission entail printing and typing, and I must admit I have gained knowledge which will be beneficial to me in my future life. Naturally, my greatest desire is to go to the temple to be married for time and eternity, for this is one of the greatest blessings God can bestow on us. I only hope this coming year will hold as many choice experiences as 1962.
