During Christmas, we are reminded that Jesus Christ is the light of the world. This year, we have an amazing opportunity to share that light by resolving to do the things Jesus Christ did. Every day leading up to Christmas, we will focus on a different Christlike behaviour and provide suggestions for ways we can emulate His example. You’re encouraged to participate using the following outline as you plan your Christmas activities.

• Learn ways you can help people around the world through charitable giving

• Review emergency response plans for people living in your area. • Give your family or loved ones the gift of a 72-hour kit for emergencies.

• Listen to a performance of Master the Tempest is Raging. • Help shovel out your neighborhood after a snow storm.

• Review disaster response plans for your area.

• Help an elderly or disabled person winterize their home.

• Help your loved ones stock their cars with warm emergency clothes.

• Give a gift to someone who could use a pick-me-up.
