Around 80 sisters from the Kettering Ward donated Christmas gifts for the local women's refuge at the annual Relief Society Christmas Social. The sisters have an ongoing relationship with the refuge and give regular donations for the women and children who have left their homes to find safety. Leaders from the refuge have attended events at the Kettering chapel at Christmas and on other occasions to receive the gifts on behalf of the many women and children who are very grateful to receive them.
