The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Europe Area has launched a new pass-along card, aimed at promoting the ‘Country Communication Pages’ in Europe. The card is intended for use by missionaries and members to invite friends to learn about the gospel message and the church in their own country. This card will be used throughout all of Europe, avoiding the need to translate and localize it for each country.
How does it work?
The URL (http://countrypage.lds.org) on the card will lead friends of the Church to a landing page that enables them to select the country of their choice.
The reverse side of the card provides a space for the user to personalize the card with a message or their contact details. It also carries a quick reference code (QR) that when scanned with a mobile device will take the user to the same landing page in their browser.
The cards will be available for orders in the online store at store.lds.org from February 2015.
